What typically happens during the first appointment?
During your first visit, you will get to know your chosen dentist and their dental assistant. After reviewing the questionnaire you will be asked to complete, you will discuss your health, your reasons for coming to see us, as well as your main problems and wishes. The dentist will then carefully examine all the structures that are important for your oral health.
You will jointly review and analyse your x-rays (if you happen to bring them with you), from which it is possible to discern the structures that are not visible during clinical examination. Analysing x-rays allows us to examine dental roots and detect any changes in the bone.
To conclude the examination, a photo of your teeth will be taken to record the initial state of your oral cavity and to serve as a visual aid in the planning of your treatment.
What happens next?
Taking into account the information obtained, as well as your wishes and possibilities of realisation, an optimal treatment plan will be prepared for you.
We will then discuss and schedule your treatment sessions.
We would like you to regain a confident and light-hearted smile, and to make your dental problems a thing of the past. We are here to help because, for us, every smile counts.
